Is there an income limit for Florida school vouchers in Palm Beach County?
No. Any Florida K-12 child eligible for public school may apply whatever the household earns. Income only comes into play if requests exceed the available money, in which case households at or under 300% of the federal poverty level are served first.

What is the deadline to apply for the 2026-27 Florida scholarship?
November 15, 2026 is the last day for a new family to apply for the Private School Scholarship or FES-UA, with acceptance in EMA due December 15, 2026. Step Up had no 2027-28 dates posted when we checked, so February 1, 2027 is only the expected opening.
Can Florida's scholarship pay for homeschooling or a hybrid school in Palm Beach County?
Yes, under the Personalized Education Program (PEP), which sets up an education savings account at the county's Private School Scholarship amounts. Palm Beach County counted 3,928 funded PEP students in 2025-26, the second-highest county total, and 16 private schools here hold the PEP flag for hybrid attendance.
Does the Private School Scholarship cover all of tuition at a Palm Beach County school?
Not always. The award is $8,890 for K-3, and tuition is set by each school and is not reported to the state, so a family may owe a balance at higher-priced schools. School aid, diocesan or community funds and the federal credit starting in 2027 are the usual next layers.
